By accessing or using designerlibrary.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

Because our pieces are handcrafted from natural wood, each one varies slightly in grain, colour, and texture. Product images are representative; minor natural variation is expected and is not a defect.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
• We may change prices, products, and offers at any time without prior notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
• We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen renders them exactly.

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or a payment cannot be verified — and will refund any amount already paid.

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your full card details.
• Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes and may require SMS OTP verification to confirm the order.
• A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you.

We ship across India from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; standard delivery otherwise applies. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location and courier availability. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content or product imagery without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

All content on this site — including the Designer Library name and logo, product photography, illustrations, and written content — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designer Library is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the revision date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
