For over four centuries, the region's artisan families have shaped raw mango and sheesham wood into objects of quiet beauty. Our karigars carry that lineage forward — every grain, every curve, every finish done by hand.
Designer Library was born from a simple frustration: the most beautiful handmade pieces never travelled beyond the local bazaar. We set out to change that — honestly, and without flattening the soul of the craft.

Select the Wood
We handpick seasoned mango and sheesham logs, checking every plank for grain quality and structural soundness before a single cut is made.

Shape by Hand
Master artisans use chisels and gouges passed down through generations to carve each piece — no CNC, no moulds, no two alike.

Hand-Finish
Multiple coats of natural lacquer or tung oil are applied and sanded by hand, drawing out the wood's grain into something you will touch every day.

Pack with Care
Each piece is individually wrapped in kraft paper inside eco-friendly packaging — built to survive the journey and delight on arrival.
